When you fill out our quote form or email us about a patch project, we receive your name, email address, phone number, and the message you write. If you attach vector artwork or reference images, those files are stored only to prepare your embroidery digitization and quote. We do not ask for payment details through this site.
Like most websites, we log basic technical data such as your browser type, operating system, screen resolution, and the pages you visit. This helps us understand which patch styles and backing options are most viewed, so we can improve the gallery and product descriptions.
We use a small set of cookies to remember your preferences and to measure anonymous site traffic. These cookies do not store your name, email, or artwork files. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the site may then load more slowly or show less relevant content.
Your contact details and artwork are used only to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, confirm sample orders, and deliver finished patches. Quote inquiries and email conversations are kept for up to 24 months so we can reference past projects if you return with a reorder. Artwork files are stored for the same period unless you ask us to delete them earlier. After that, files are removed from our active systems and backups.

We use standard hosting, email, and analytics providers to run this site and manage inquiries. These providers process data only on our behalf and under our instructions. We do not allow them to use your information for their own purposes. A current list of processors is available on request.
We do not make false promises about production times, material quality, or embroidery results. Turnaround estimates are based on current workload and are confirmed in writing before you commit. We do not use fake testimonials, fake urgency, or pretend to be affiliated with any brand or organization.
