Patch Ninjas manufactures custom embroidered patches, woven labels, PVC rubber badges, and printed morale patches. We digitize vector artwork, match thread colors, finish edges, and handle bulk production. We do not print on garments or apply patches to clothing ourselves.

You must own the rights to all artwork you submit. We accept AI, EPS, PDF, or high-resolution PNG files. Low-resolution or raster-only files may require redrawing, which can extend the timeline. We are not liable for trademark disputes arising from files you provide.

We recommend ordering a physical sample before a full production run. Samples show thread colors, backing type, and edge finish on your actual material. Once you approve a sample, that version becomes the reference for the entire batch.

Standard production takes 10–15 working days after sample approval. Bulk orders over 500 pieces may take longer. We do not guarantee rush delivery unless you confirm a rush slot before payment. Shipping delays from courier partners are outside our control.

Our liability is limited to the value of the affected patches in a single order. We are not responsible for indirect losses, including lost sales, branding damage, or costs from delayed events. Claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery with photos of the defect.
