Support Dashboard Refresh
Follow-up insightAfter the first two projects settled into a rhythm, this one came from a different direction. A returning client asked us to clean up how their team tracks patch orders, samples, and rework requests. Instead of building something new, we refreshed the internal dashboard they already used. The goal was simple: fewer missed threads, clearer status updates, and a view that actually matched how the workshop works. We mapped the existing workflow first, then reorganized the panels around the real stages — artwork approval, thread matching, sample stitching, and production queue. The result is a calmer screen with less noise, and the team now spends more time on the bench and less time hunting for order notes.
